When I lived in the US (which was a long time ago), I was amazed by the ability of every business to produce commercials for themselves and broadcast them on local television, you know those adverts for the local dinner, the car dealership (with the colored flags). Simple productions on the one hand and professional on the other that were broadcast on local “cable”.
